um, my question would be why would it be sacriligeous
God is the giver of good and perfect gifts, while Dr. P is not perfect, it sure is good!
God made everything that constitutes Dr. Pepper, therefore we glorify Him by enjoying it. (Warning: Do not take this argument to the logical extreme)
